Mechanical students took part in several technical events in 2021: two teams competed in the state-level KDP Hackathon 2021 Grand Finale at K D Polytechnic, Patan (22/11/2021, organized under SSIP); student Nai Dhaval won 2nd rank and Rs. 500 prize money in the state-level 'Toys For Change' innovation challenge run by the SSIP Cell; and a two-day robotics/automation training program was held on campus for 41 students.
