Alumnus Dhavalbhai Prakashbhai Nai and co-inventors (Barad Dipendrasinh Mahendrasinh, Naileshbhai Nagjibhai Parmar, Hitenkumar Virabhai Patel and others) were granted Indian Patent No. 379977 for a 'Water Alarm Tap', filed 29/01/2021. The same student also developed and registered a patent for a glass washing machine, later commercialized as the Shark Tank-featured startup Prahantam Pvt. Ltd.
