The department co-hosted several health and social awareness camps on campus in 2021: a Thalassemia screening camp (07/10/2021) with blood tests for students, a tobacco control program (19/02/2021) and general health awareness program (20/10/2021), and a de-addiction campaign ('Vyasan Mukti Abhiyan', 22/10/2021) held with the Prohibition and Excise Department and local police.
